My story
Before I was seven, I knew a lot more was possible than what I saw around me. I found no examples, so I let it go. Sport and thirty years of wisdom practice brought it back. On the outside, I spent twenty years building global teams in tech. I thought they were two different worlds.
Seventeen years in, my teams lost their flow. I burned out and didn't know why. So I built a scorecard. Work ethic: strong. Vision and alignment: weak. Then it hit me. My team was a mirror. I was the bottleneck.
That's when my two worlds met. The masters and the science pointed to the same patterns. Nobody had made them simple. At 46, with three kids and a mortgage, I walked away to build it. Today it's Exponential Accelerator.

The journey
Born in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Early on, a quiet knowing that a lot more is possible.
NCAA basketball. A black belt in Taekwondo. A BA in Computer Science and an MBA in Management.
Building and scaling global teams, and leading innovation in organizational learning at a U.S. tech company in Boston.
Dozens of masters and lineage holders. Tibetan mind training, flow science, process work and the ancient wisdom paths.
A clear pattern, taught by the masters and seen in practice, with no simple way to live it every day. I set out to make one.

Father of three. Still happiest on a long hike, a ski run, a triathlon course or with a guitar.
What I believe
The world keeps speeding up, and AI takes on more of the outer work. The edge moves inside. Most of the shift happens within: that's why, in my formula, the inner is squared.
Zero point within. Exponential without.
